Order Acceptance Policy

BLOOMIN’ has the right to reject or receive the order without providing any reason to our customers. However, in the event of rejection, we will issue a full refund via the payment method used when the order was placed.

Delivery Policy

  1. We provided same-day delivery service in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

  2. We are able to deliver to Malaysia and overseas. 

  3. We provided FREE delivery service to East and West Malaysia.

  4. Shipping fees will be CHARGED for countries other than Malaysia and Asia.

Delivery Schedule 

  1. We will make every effort to meet your delivery schedule. Please keep in mind that delivery times depend on our schedule's availability.

  2. For outstation/overseas deliveries, the delivery schedule is based on the local logistic authorities, and we are not responsible for that. However, we will make sure to send out your parcel as soon as possible.

Malaysia/Ipoh Area Delivery Schedule​

  • We will be sending out your order on the same day if the order is made before 3:00 pm (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00).

  • We will adjust the delivery schedule for any order made after 3.00 pm  (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00). 

  • We will inform our customers as soon as the order is sent out. 

  • We are available to deliver your order on SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and for PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

  • We provide Food Panda and Grab services for same-day delivery in Ipoh area.

Outstation/Overseas Delivery Schedule

  • We will be sending out your order on the same day if the order is made before 3:00 pm  (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00) to the nearest logistic or the requested logistic.

  • We will adjust the delivery schedule for any order that is made after 3.00 pm  (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00). 

  • We will inform our customers once the order is sent out and the tracking system is available. 

  • We are available to deliver your order on SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and for PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. 

 

NOTICE: Delivery might be delayed due to pandemic and weather issues.

Delivery Peak Season

  1. We might not be able to fulfill your request delivery schedule during the peak season (Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas Day).

  2. Customers are encouraged to visit our shop at Concubine Lane, Lorong Panglima, 30000, Ipoh, Perak. (Office Hour: MON-SUN 09:00-17:00) to purchase or get their order during the peak season. 

  3. Please place your order THREE(3) days before the peak season.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  1. Kindly make your cancellation ONE (1) day before the delivery day.

  2. A processing fee of 5% of the total amount paid will be imposed for every refund.

  3. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with the product within 24 HOURS after you received the product. (Any complaint sent after 24 HOURS will not be concerned)

Promotions & Discounts Policy

  1. We may have products with discounted prices and/or discount codes from time to time. These offers are valid from the time they are announced until the end of the promotional period. They cannot be used to make purchases before the starting of the promotion period and after the promotion period has ended. 

  2. If you make a purchase and the price of the product drops or is reduced as a result of a special offer, the price of the product at the time of purchase will take priority. For purchases that have already been made, we are unable to offer special promotional discounts.

  3. We have the right to change the terms and conditions of the offered discounts/promotions without notifying the customer.

  4. Discount codes are not applicable for promotional items.

Disclaimer 

  1. We are not taking the responsibility to make the refund when the order sent are affected/damaged by circumstances beyond our control (flood, fire, heavy rain, and so on)

  2. We are not taking responsibility for the packaging damages caused by the logistic company during the delivery. 

  3. Additional fees will be applied for the re-delivery service.
